There were 190 residential home sales in 2009. 171 of those were single family homes and the other 19 were either condos or town homes. There may be a few stray sales that were marked as being in Barrington when in fact the official address was another village. I saw a Lake Barrington property marked as Barrington so I am sure there are others. For the most part the addresses are correct.

Town Homes/Condos sold at  91% of the final list price - 85% of the original list price.
