Although the subdivision is fairly young the landscaping has become much more established in the last 5 years now the trees have grown and filled in. During the summer Lakeview in Barrington is alive with deciduous trees with gorgeous foliage added to the numerous conifers that provide year round greenery. On my visit the landsapers were busy mulching all the common flowerbeds and Daffodils were poking their leaves up in anticipation of warmer weather. Both entrances to Lakeview In Barrington appear very well cared for. There is an annual assesment of $700 which covers the maintenance and landscaping of Lakeview in Barrington.

Corrine - Lakeview in Barrington IL looks like an amazing place to live and I love how there are only 80 homes.

Hi Michelle-Yes many subdivisions in our area are small, 40 homes is a more average size. Our villages only have a thousand homes but with mny homes on acres or more we cover a large land space. I used to live in Palm Beach Gardens so I know how the real estate is set out in Wellington as well.
